Witty Warrior does not sell, list, or broker real estate properties. We are not a real estate agency, and our services do not constitute real estate brokerage or intermediation of any kind. No service agreement with Witty Warrior creates any right, obligation, or expectation regarding the sale of a property.
Services are engaged through direct communication with our team. A service engagement is formalized when both parties agree on the scope of work, scheduling, and applicable fees. Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a binding service agreement.
We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion, including for properties outside our coverage area or where the scope of work is not feasible with our current inventory and team capacity.
To enable us to perform our services effectively, the client agrees to:
Furniture, décor, and accessories brought to a property remain the property of Witty Warrior at all times. The client agrees not to move, alter, damage, or use our inventory items for purposes other than the staging engagement. All inventory items will be collected after the photography session is complete. The client is responsible for any damage caused to our inventory while it is on the property.
Upon full payment of agreed fees, the client receives a license to use the delivered images for the purpose of marketing and listing the specific property. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Witty Warrior retains the right to use images from completed projects for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing prior to the photography session.
Service fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. Witty Warrior reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements. All fees are stated in Paraguayan Guaraníes (PYG) or as otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated to us as early as possible. Specific cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for late cancellations, will be specified in the individual service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to team and inventory availability.
Witty Warrior provides staging and photography services on an informational and preparatory basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any property sale, the time a property will remain on the market, or the price at which a property will sell. Our services are intended to improve the visual presentation of a property, not to guarantee any specific commercial outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable Paraguayan law, Witty Warrior's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Witty Warrior or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
