You reach out via phone, email, or our contact form. We gather basic information about the property — type, size, location, and current condition.
We schedule an in-person visit to assess the space. We evaluate what needs to be removed, what can be rearranged, and what furniture from our inventory would complement the property.
Based on the walkthrough, we prepare a detailed staging plan — which rooms to prioritize, what inventory to bring, and the overall visual direction for the space.
Our team arrives with the selected furniture and décor. We depersonalize, rearrange, and style each room according to the plan. Lighting is assessed and adjusted.
With the space prepared, our coordinated photographer arrives for the shoot. We use proper real estate photography techniques — wide angles, controlled lighting, and multiple angles per room.
Images are edited for color, exposure, and clarity. You receive the final files digitally — optimized and ready to upload to any real estate portal.
After the photography session is complete, we return to collect our furniture and décor. The property is returned to its original state, minus the clutter.
We don't sell or broker properties. Our role ends when you have the images. What you do with them is entirely up to you and your agent.
